The Downtown Strategic Plan will focus on developing implementation strategies to be pursued within the 3–5-year planning horizon and will build off the solid community foundation currently in place within the City of Watkinsville generally, and more specifically Downtown. These implementation strategies will address activity generation, business attraction, funding, and public-private partnerships.
