Intro
The City is crafting its first Unified Development Ordinance (UDO). A UDO combines several city ordinances into a single, comprehensive document, such as the zoning standards, sign requirements and subdivision regulations. The purpose is to provide a more predictable, easy to read document for all users. The process will heavily rely on public input. This website will be a place for the public to find the schedule of in-person events, have online public engagement activities, as well as a location for any documents relating to the project. Please continue to visit often to stay involved as the City undertakes this exciting project!
