The City of Fort Lauderdale is analyzing the South Regional Activity Center (SRAC) to create a plan for future growth. These efforts are intended to gain feedback from community members and stakeholders to help evaluate and create consensus on the future vision of the SRAC.

The City of Fort Lauderdale will be hosting an open community meeting to discuss the Draft South Regional Activity Center (SRAC) Vision Plan. The effort aims to gather input from community members and stakeholders to share their ideas and provide feedback to help shape a shared vision for the area.

• Density and building types
• Open space and parks
• Community priorities and concerns
