Downtown Cartersville is working to develop a streetscape plan. A comprehensive downtown streetscape plan, inclusive of community gateway and wayfinding design guidelines, provides a real opportunity to stitch all these elements into a cohesive urban fabric through enhancement of the Downtown streetscape design, thus contributing further to the community’s outstanding sense of place.
